The current LCLS site posts announcements as homepage banners that come and go — without a permanent archive. The new site adds a structured News content type so every announcement gets a permanent URL, accessible from this page and indexed by search engines.

In the meantime, the homepage alert banner carries the most recent service-affecting notice.
